Our visiting in SD started a little early, aunt Karen and cousin Liz met us along the way and we had lunch. After lunch, we had stopped at a park so that mommy and me could stretch our legs out a bit.
One of grandma's friends has miniature horses, so we went out to see them. I was a little scared at first, but they were so nice I just had to get on them.
I even got to feed them! This pony was only a week old!
Horses weren't the only animals I saw. Liz got a new puppy! His name is Diesel.
I think we're going to be great friends.
At aunt Karen's, the Easter bunny made an early visit.
Thanks for telling the Easter Bunny where I would be!
Kicking back with Adam.Liz and Kayla getting ready to give my hair a trim!
Finding my basket on Easter morning!
After church, we went to aunt Kathy's. Guess what, Kathy told the Easter Bunny I would be there too!!
Hanging out with my cousins. They spoil me and I just love it!At Kathy's, I looked out the window and guess what I saw....you might think that there were just eggs out there, but there was something else.
A squirrel was taking the eggs!!
Have you ever seen anything like that before??
That crazy squirrel saved us some eggs, so it was time to go find them.
Easter was also Connor's birthday. I'm kind of an expert at opening presents, so I helped him out.
Me and papa Terry making bubbles.
Some snuggle time with grandma.
On Monday, it was time to hit the road and come back home. Thanks for spoiling me everybody!
We thought all of the Easter egg hunts were over, but when we came home there were more in our backyard! What a fun surprise. Neighbor Dave said he thought he heard something out there on Easter morning.....
I've moved on up the the next room at "work"/daycare. The first day was kind of rough, but I'm getting use to it now. We play lots of games and are learning new things everyday.
Thanks for visiting my blog,
Kaitlyn
